two cage experimental setup
Description
This illustration shows the arrangement of the two separate cages—one for the primary mice that were administered substances like morphine or alcohol, and another for the bystander mice. The cages are designed to allow visual and olfactory communication but prevent physical contact between the two groups of mice. You can see how the setup facilitates the study of social pain transmission under controlled conditions.
