Transcription Factor AP4 Amplifies Germinal Center B Cell Responses
Description
This template was adapted from the original submission. Edits were made to enhance scientific accuracy, optimal usability and/or to meet industry-leading design standards for science communication.
This figure demonstrates the role of AP4 in B cell proliferation in the germinal center. When AP4 is expressed, the proliferation of B cells is sustained in the dark zone of the germinal center. This process is important for the protective antibody responses against viral infection.
