Description
Lymph nodes (LNs) are intricately organized into distinct niches to facilitate efficient antigen encounter and lymphocyte activation, essential for an effective adaptive immune response. The stromal cells forming these niches in reticular networks play a crucial role in determining the structural and functional specificity of each niche. They exert influence over lymphocyte migration, survival, antigen encounter, and tolerance, thereby shaping the dynamics of immune responses within the LN.
