The General Stress Response in Alphaproteobacteria
Description
This is a partner switch mechanism that regulates the general stress response in Alphaproteobacteria. The anti-anti-sigma factor binds the anti-sigma factor to release it from the sigma factor during stress, causing the regulon of the sigma factor to be activated.
