Tangential Flow Flitration System
Description
The figure is a representative flow path of a tangential flow filtration(TFF) process. TFF uses a wide variety of molecular weight cutoff (MWCO) membranes in the form of hollow fibre cartridges or cassettes. TFF is an essential step in filtration of biomolecules according to their molecular weight.
