Signaling pathways underlying Trans Vaccenic acid(TVA) and/or S63845-induced apoptosis in NPC cells
Description
1.TVA promotes NPC apoptosis by targeting the Akt/Bad signaling pathway.
2.TVA treatment induced Mcl-1 expression.
3. Mcl-1 inhibitor S63845 combinated with TVA have a synergistic effect.
4. Specific activation of Akt inhibited apoptosis and significantly attenuated the inhibitory effect of TVA.
