Signaling mechanism of steroid and its interaction with receptor
Description
In this illustration the mechanism and mode of action of steroid is visualized with proper description added in the template.
steroid binds to CBG and carried in blood as bound element. enter the cell as free steroid and bind with the target receptor. After binding the receptor-steroid complex form dimer and activated. This dimer then attaches with GRE (glucocorticoid receptor element) in the DNA promoter site and transcribed then translated and produce protein and exert biological response.
