Sheep and goatpox virus detection using CRISPR Cas12a combined with lateral flow strips
Description
the genomic DNA extracted from the clinical isolates sheep and goatpox virus and the extracted DNA amplified using a recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) at 39 degree Celsius for 20 minutes . then the RPA products is added into the CRISPR Cas12a reaction and incubate for for 20 minutes at 37 degree Celsius. finally the RPA-Cas12a reaction is combined with lateral flow strips to read the results.
