Role of Epg5 in the autophagosome maturation
Description
Schematic description of the molecular role of Epg5 in the fusion between autophagosome and lysosome. The presence of SNAP29 and STX17 on the membrane of the autophagosome promotes the fusion with the late endosome/lysosome, with a mechanism Rab7 and Epg5 dependent.
