Resting-state connectivity in Huntington's disease
Description
Resting-state network alterations in HD progression. Cross-sectional studies from both pre-manifest (pre-HD) and manifest (HD) patients show functional connectivity alterations in four large-scale brain networks across disease progression with conflicting findings. Each dot represents a study finding, summarized in the review by Pini et al., 2020.
