Description
This is a protocol for immunofluorescence staining, which includes the following steps: 1. Select slides, rewarm, and wash, 2. Permeabilize and block, 3. Incubate with primary antibody, 4. Wash again, 5. Incubate with secondary antibody, 6. Wash again, 7. Mounting with DAPI, 8. Image and analyze.
