Various foods and their bioactive compounds have been to CCl4-induced liver damage, partially due to their antioxidanttested to prevent CCl4-induced liver injury in rodent models, properties (Saral et al., 2016). In addition, some common bever-mainly showing antioxidant, anti-inflammation, and/or antiapop- ages, like Huangshan Maofeng green tea, are believed to reducetotic properties.
