Processing pipeline diffusion-weighted imaging
Description
Overview of the processing pipeline of diffusion-weighted images (DWI) with a diffusion tensor-based analysis and more advanced fixel-based analysis. Through various processing steps, the DWI images are (A) pre-processed, (B) normalized to a template and tensor and fixel-based characteristics are extracted, which are used in (C) statistical analysis.
The design of the processing pipeline is inspired by printed circuit boards.
