Process of carrying out DNA methylation modification
Description
This illustration indicates the process of DNA methylation modification. The Extracted DNA undergo treatment with sodium bisulfite and through the process the unmethylated cytosine from the CpG island is converted into Uracil. Then PCR is carried out for amplification and Sequencing method comes after to help in determination and quantification of CpG islands modified by Sodium Bisulfite treatment.
