Description
Dissolve lecithin and cholesterol in chloroform, rotary evaporate to form a lipid film, ultrasonically process to form nanovesicles, and extrude. Encapsulate ALKBH5 siRNA with the solution inside the nanovesicles and separate by ethanol precipitation. Modify the nanovesicle surface with NGR peptide via chemical crosslinking
