Description

Among signaling pathways, PI3K/Akt, RAS/MAPK, and JAK/STAT are important intracellular networks that regulate cell growth, survival, and angiogenesis. PI3K/Akt pathway is involved in cell growth, survival, and metabolism through Akt kinase activation. The RAS/MAPK pathway transmits signals from the cell surface to the nucleus affecting cell proliferation and differentiation. JAK/STAT pathway regulates gene expression in response to cytokines and growth factors and impacts immune response, cell growth, and differentiation.
