Phytoremediation mechanisms
Description
The removal of organic and inorganic pollutants present in water, soil and atmosphere can be carried out through different phytoremediation processes. The choice of one process or another is subject to some variables such as: the surface and characteristics of the environment to be remediated, the nature of the pollutant and the plant species chosen.
