Description
This assay is used for testing spatial memory in rodents. It is a 4-day protocol. mice are habituated in the arena for two days followed by training with similar objects placed next to each other. After 24 hours, mice are tested by moving one of the familiar objects to a new location. The time around the object in training and test day is calculated to assess spatial memory in mice.
