Description
Psoriasis is a immune mediated chronic inflammatory disease involving erythema, scaling and increased thickness of this skin. Stress or trauma cause activation of T -cells, which increase secretion of inflammatory cells, results in hyperproliferation of keratinocytes, hyperplasia, angiogenesis etc.
