Description
This figure template illustrates a workflow of NGS, and clearly shows the formation of clusters: Oligonucleotides attached to flowcell match adapters, allowing PCR generation with DNA polymerase.
The binding between DNA and florescent nucleotide stimulates different colors.
In a completed DNA sequence, overlapping nucleotides are utilised to confirming the location of DNA fragments to determine the entire DNA.
