Male Fertility Preservation Options
Description
This graphic representation shows the different male fertility preservation techniques currently available. On the one hand, there is the cryopreservation of sperm, which consists of obtaining the ejaculate, which after processing is cryopreserved in liquid N2. Once thawed, it can be used to fertilise the oocyte and generate embryos. On the other hand, there is the cryopreservation of testicular tissue, which is cryopreserved and once thawed is implanted in the testicle.
