Description

A visualization of the Lytic enzymes involved in NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity. Mechanisms through Granzime B and lytic pore activates caspases and leads to apoptosis. Interaccion of Granzyme B with Perforine pore and MPR (manse 6P receptor) creats an endosome, goes to BID, tBID and to the mitochondria. Interaccion of Granzyme B with Perforine ans SG (seryglicine) makes the granzyme B to contact MPR, form an endosome, go to de mitochondria and activates caspases to do cell apoptosis
