Lipopolysaccharide induced Neurodegeneration
Description
When lipopolysaccharide administered in rat brain through Intracerebroventricularly by using stereotaxic apparatus it will further leads to activation of inflammatory mediators, these releases Cytokines and complementary proteins causes oxidative stress in brain. That leads to mitochondrial dysfunction and chronic inflammation. The inflammation will slowly progress, and deposition of amyloid beta and Neurofibrillary tangles takes place in the brain. These factors lead to Neurodegeneration.
