IRE1 Signaling Pathway
Description
A visualisation of the IRE1 pathway upon binding of the unfolded protein. There are three downstream pathways: Regulated IRE1-dependent Degradation (RIDD), X-box binding protein (XBP1) and JNK Pathway (hyperactivation). XBP1 and RIDD lead to pro-survival response and JNK pathway leads to pro-apoptotic response.
