In-vivo functional characterization of the identified mutation using mRNA overexpression studies & Crispr-based Prime editing (PE2) in zebrafish by microinjection of the single-celled embryo and visualizing the phenotypes and sorting them for further molecular,histo-morphological, and behavioral analysis followed by statistical analysis.
