Heterogeneity of Murine Lymph Node Stromal Cell Subsets
Description
This template was adapted from the original submission. Edits were made to enhance scientific accuracy, optimal usability and/or to meet industry-leading design standards for science communication.
This experimental workflow summarizes the identification of diverse lymph node stromal cells (LNSCs) by single-cell RNA sequencing. LNSCs are key regulators of the adaptive immune response and influence lymphocyte migration and survival, antigen presentation, and contribute to the induction of tolerance.
