Gut-Brain-Axis
Description
This template highlights the bidirectional link between the central and enteric nervous systems, a complex connection known as the gut-brain-axis (GBA). The brain and gut constantly interact and communicate, resulting in sensitive modulation of intestinal physiology. A zoomed-in view of the gut microbiome can be customized by either adding labels or modifying the bacteria and cell icons.
