Fungi-Drosophila Interaction
Description
Fruit flies (population A ) harbor a rich fungi diversity (depicted with small colored circles). The fungal community associated with a particular population (Host A) may influence the traits of Host B or C from different niches (experimented in bugdorm cages using oviposition preference assay) and hence, Fungal species can modulate Fruit fly behaviour.
