Description
Endochondral ossification process. MSCs condense into the bone template
Mesenchymal cells differentiate into chondroblasts Cartilage model of future bony skeleton and perichondrium form. Infiltration of capillaries triggers ossification. Cartilage and chondrocytes continue to grow at ends of bone. Ossification at epiphyses. Growth plates close and form end plates
