Description
Dietary patterns such as the Mediterranean diet, DASH diet (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension), MIND diet (Mediterranean–DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay), and ketogenic diet are associated with improved cognitive, behavioural, and brain function. ↑ increase ↓ decrease.
