creation of suitable pET clone to express SLC10A1 gene product
Description
SLC10A1 gene codes for NTCP transmembrane protein, it is the entry point for hepatitis into hepatocytes and regulates bile acid movement in the liver. in my study i am trying to create a clone that can express this eukaryotic protein in E.Coli bacteria to see the level of difference between the actual human protein and my recombinant protein which i will analyze using insilco methods.
