Clocking cancer immunotherapy responses
Description
The molecular circadian clock is driven by the BMAL1-CLOCK transcription factor (A) synchronizing cellular metabolism and function with the circadian cycle of the mouse and man (B). Points of circadian control of tumor immunity are highlighted (B) with clocks that are mechanistic hubs for the circadian effect on cancer immunotherapy.
