Naegeli-Franceschetti-Jadassohn Syndrome (NFJS), also recognized as Naegeli Syndrome, is a distinctive autosomal dominant disorder that arises from mutations in specific genes, disrupting the normal development and differentiation of ectodermal tissues. This rare genetic condition presents a range of symptoms primarily affecting the skin, nails, teeth, and sweat glands. Clinical Features include absence of dermatoglyphics, Reticulate hyperpigmentation, Dental Anomalies etc.
