Cell Viability Measurement using the CellTiter-Glo (CTG) Assay
Description
The CellTiter-Glo viability assay is used in screening experiments, e.g. compound toxicity screens or to identify compounds that selectively kill cancer cells. The CTG assay requires ATP in order to generate Oxyluciferin.
