CAR T Cells in CNS lymphoma: Insights from Intravital Microscopy
Description
This template was adapted from the original submission. Edits were made to enhance scientific accuracy, optimal usability and/or to meet industry-leading design standards for science communication.
Combining in vivo microscopy with cranial windows enables long-term imaging of CNS lymphoma growth in murine models. In the described study, intravenous Injection of high-dose CAR T into CNS lymphoma-bearing mice led to late infiltration of low CAR T cell numbers and progressive tumor growth. A low-dose CAR T cell injection into the brain, however, enabled earlier and more numerous tumor infiltration, leading to tumor regression and long-term intracerebral CAR T cell persistence.
