An editable high resolution scientific image depicting CAR-T cell in vitro development

CAR-T cell in vitro development

Description

The in vitro development of a new CAR-T product consists of several steps: construction of the single chain variable fragment (scFv), transfer of the scFv into a CAR lentivector of your choice, production of lentivirus, and transduction of activated human (or mouse) T cells. After the CAR-T cells proliferate, it is essential to measure their cytotoxicity in a real-time assay, analyze CAR expression, and quantify cytokine production.
