Canonical and Non-Canonical NFkB signalling
Description
An illustration of the differences between canonical NFkB signalling and non-canonical NFkB signalling; it has been recognised that these two pathways play an important role in inflammation and diseases such as cancer. The canonical pathway is rapid and transient, associated with acute inflammation. The non-canonical pathway activation results in slower and sustained inflammatory signalling, associated with systemic inflammation.
