Description
The risk of breast cancer metastasis to the ovary depends on (1,2):
- the histological type of breast cancer (ductular or globular)
- the size of the original tumor (>5 cm)
- whether there is inflammatory carcinoma
- hormonal changes
- time since diagnosis
