Biomarkers of response and resistance to immune checkpoint blockers

Description

Response markers (blue boxes) are those whose presence or significant quantity before treatment (* or whose concentrations change during treatment) are associated with a response, and vice versa for resistance markers (red boxes). They are sub-categorised according to their location: in the bloodstream ("BLOOD"), the tumour or tumour microenvironment ("TUMOR") or in the intestinal microbiota.
