Description

The IVM procedure is performed on secondary follicles with an average size of 100–130 μm. Thus, it is recommended that secondary follicles be collected from 19–23-week-old mice. The obtained follicles are then matured in in vitro culture medium until they become Graafian follicles, called pre-IVM process. Then, denuded oocytes from Graafian follicles will be obtained to perform IVM until reaching metaphase II. For more detailed information, please contact me via email at vothuyanh2202@gmail.com.
